Pho Gio Hoi sells all the typical traditional Vietnamese meals such as special or no special beef noodles, spicy beef noodles and etc but you can find all those things along George Street. Rather, the highlight of today is our pork rolls - they sell both chicken and pork but they also have barbeque pork roll too for an extra $1.00.
They put in a lot of vegetables, more so than other places, which gives it the extra freshness! The only thing I would criticise is that is they can at times drown it in too much sauce and it is a bit more pricey than most other pork roll places but that's the city for you. Other than that, thats the perfect budget lunch!
Their Vietnamese pork and prawn was quite average but what was more dissapointing is that their servings were SO small it was almost ridiculous! So if you want your value for money, I would suggest for you to try elsewhere as they those two rolls looked like small peices of rolled up lettuce in a tupperware box.
