The food was really tasty, especially those burgers. There was mountains of mayonnaise but it did the burgers justice and the lamb was juicy and tender. The kitchen was fairly small with a 1 man crew which made it difficult to bring out the food faster.
The atmosphere that night was really lively and the music wasn't too loud so you could actually hear yourself talk without having to scream at the top of your lungs and perhaps lose your voice the next day. A word of warning is that the bar sells predominately Drambuie (i.e. 'the yellow drink') which is basically a malt whiskey made with honey so that it isn't as rough on your throat.
The experience of being on a floating bar and possibly the world's first is simply worth trying. The Premise is only available for three weeks so try and check it out before it sails away.
